Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ScaleCCU. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.

Who can use ScaleCCU

You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and handle any payments. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in safe.

Your games and permission

You may only order videos for Roblox games you own or have permission to promote. By ordering, you give us permission to play, record and edit that game to make your videos. ScaleCCU is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

Your videos

You may post and use the videos we make for you to promote your game. We may show videos we made as examples of our work. If you'd rather we didn't show yours, email us and we'll take it down.

Plans, credits and billing

• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Credits are used to order videos. Monthly credits reset each period. Unused credits from a period don't carry over, except top-up credits, which don't expire.
• You can cancel a video that hasn't started, and its credits come back to your account.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Except as required by law or stated here, payments are not refundable. If something went wrong with your order, email us and we'll work it out with you.

Acceptable use

Don't use ScaleCCU for games or content that break Roblox's rules or the law, don't try to break into or overload the service, and don't resell access without our permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our service

We work hard to make good videos, but we can't promise any number of views, players or results. Delivery times are estimates. We may change or stop features, and if we stop the service entirely, we'll give notice to paying customers.

Liability

ScaleCCU is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using ScaleCCU and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. For important changes, we'll let account holders know before they take effect.
