ScaleCCU makes short promo videos for Roblox games. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your email, name if you give one, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We don't get your Google password.
• What you give us to make videos: game links, notes you write for a video, and the videos we make for you.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We see your plan, payment status and the last details Stripe shares with us, never your full card number.
• Usage: pages and buttons used on our site, sign-ins, and orders, so we can run and improve the service.
• Cookies: one cookie keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one protects Google sign-in. We don't use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To run your account, make and deliver your videos, and take payments.
• To email you about your account and orders.
• To send product and marketing emails, such as new examples, features and offers. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them.
• To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we use only your name and email address, only to create and sign in to your account and to contact you as described above. We don't sell it, use it for ads, or share it except with the providers listed below. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with services that help us run ScaleCCU: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website delivery and security), Google (sign-in) and our email provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Showing videos

We may show videos we made for public Roblox games as examples on our site. If you'd rather we didn't show yours, email us and we'll take it down.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information, except records we must keep for payments, tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop marketing emails, at any time by emailing [email protected].

Children

ScaleCCU is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and for important changes we'll let account holders know.
